Marketing on a Dime – Pt. 1

Are you utilizing all the free advertisements the internet has to offer for real estate listings?  If you answered yes, then have you optimized your profiles on such sites, solicited testimonials and ranks? If so, then good for you! 🙂  Even better for you if you hired Murphy Marketing to do it for you. 😀

If you have no idea what I’m talking about, then keep reading.

I plan on posting a blog every week offering real estate agents advice and tips and tricks to enhance your appearance online and get your listings in front of as many Buyers as possible while costing you little to nothing.  Sound good? Great!

While having your own real estate website is ideal and highly suggested to have, you can manage your business without one until you become a listing powerhouse!

First of all, I know you can afford to purchase a domain name.  Those are like $10 from GoDaddy or any other domain site.  Come up with a website name you like, whether it just be yourname.com or something else clever that no body has yet and buy it.  You’ll be ok, just don’t go out to lunch one day (or find an open house to go to and have lunch for free while networking with other agents and previewing a property).

Lastly, go into the settings and have it point to your FREE website from PAR (Pensacola Association of Realtors – if you are from outside the area, check your local MLS Board to see if they offer this) and voila!  YOU HAVE A WEBSITE!  YIPPEE!!
